Note: Our therapies are non-sexual and non-medical in nature.

2. Medical Disclaimer

We are not a medical facility, and our therapists are not licensed doctors. The services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Please consult a physician before visiting if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing.
• Have a history of high blood pressure or heart conditions.
• Have recent injuries, surgeries, or contagious skin conditions.

* Clients are responsible for disclosing any health issues prior to the session.

3. Professional Code of Conduct

Midas Luxury Spa maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding illicit or inappropriate behavior.

• Any sexual advances, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touching towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of the session.
• The full price of the service will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
• We reserve the right to report such incidents to local authorities and ban the client from future visits.

This policy ensures a safe, respectful environment for our professional therapists and genuine guests.

4. Booking & Personal Belongings

Cancellations: We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate the next guest.

Valuables: While we provide safe storage within private rooms, Midas Luxury Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, jewelry, or cash. We recommend leaving expensive valuables at home.
